Features
High efficiency
Vertical silos are used to store cement and all types of powder materials.
Convenient and economical
Less cumbersome than cement bags, the silo allows for easy and quick dosing of desired quantities. More precise, the silo also prevents cement waste and reduces supply costs.
Automated dosing
Warzée silos are equipped with a cement screw and an automated system to regulate the dosing of powders.
Remote control
Programming can be done directly on the electrical cabinet or via a remote control, allowing for the dosing of cement and water into the mixing bucket without needing to leave the loader.
Reliable and secure
The cement silo is equipped with a safety valve for filling. It also features a low-level sensor and pneumatic diffusers for fluidization to prevent clogging.
Complementary with mixing buckets
When used with a Warzée mixing bucket, the monolithic silo optimizes the production of stabilized materials, lean concrete, or any other mixture based on bulk materials. It allows for the calibration of cement and water, filling the mixing bucket directly without leaving the machine.

Ladder + guardrail
The ladder and guardrail above the silo allow for safe operation during maintenance activities.
Cement screw
The screw transports the powder from the silo to the mixing bucket.
Distribution screw
A vertical distribution screw, mounted at the end of the feeding screw, evenly distributes the cement across the width of the mixing bucket.
Water supply
A ramp, located at the exit of the feeding screw, allows for the simultaneous distribution of water along with the powder into the mixing bucket.
Electrical cabinet with automation + remote control
The electrical cabinet controls and regulates the feeding screw, water supply, and silo unclogging.
Remote control from the loader facilitates adjustments and startup.
Dust filter
This filter captures dust and prevents material loss during the filling of the silo.
