Features
A versatile machine
The unroller is capable of distributing any type of round bale: forage, hay, silage, wrapped bales, straw, etc.
The dual-direction rotation of the belt facilitates the distribution of wet and compacted bales.
Quick hitching
The unroller is equipped with a spike-bale fork. This allows for loading the bale, hitching, and engaging the machine without any manual intervention from the operator.
The mechanical hitching and hydraulic engagement between the two elements are 100% automatic.
High configuration
The bale unroller is equipped with a full box, which is particularly useful for preventing material loss with large, deformed, or poor-quality bales.
Mulching system
The mulching system does not require any additional hydraulic function and can project straw up to 7 meters while limiting excess dust.
"Switch" system
Simply place the machine on the ground to activate the “Switch.” This allows you to lower the rotor for mulching mode or raise the rotor for unrolling mode.
Flow adjustment
In mulching mode, the speed of the belt is adjustable based on the type of bale, using an oil flow limiter fixed on the machine.
Left, right, and front distribution
The machine is equipped with two distribution directions (left/right). Simply hitch the box on another side to change the unrolling direction.
The unroller can also be equipped with a front distribution (optional).
For all types of loaders
The unroller is particularly suited for telehandlers and front loaders.
Each spike-bale fork is custom-made with the appropriate attachments.
Available options
Mechanical deflector
The deflector is applied directly to the mulching kit. Manually adjustable, it allows for precise adjustment of the angle and distance of mulching.
Extension plate
The extension plate helps keep straw or feed in the box. Recommended for bales larger than 1.60 meters in diameter, the plate prevents any loss of material.
Front distribution (3rd Side)
A third hooking point can be added to the machine. With this option, it is possible to distribute from the front, in addition to the two usual sides.
