At Warzée, innovation is part of our DNA, and ten years ago, we revolutionized the agricultural sector with the launch of the DE225 unroller. Today, we are proud to celebrate a decade of success for this machine, which remains an indispensable reference.
A pioneering innovation in the market
In 2013, Warzée was the first company to introduce an unroller specifically designed for small loaders. This visionary development addressed the growing demand from farmers looking for compact yet powerful equipment to optimize their daily operations.
The DE225 was designed to offer exceptional maneuverability while maintaining the robustness and efficiency characteristic of all Warzée products. Its compatibility with a wide range of small loaders makes it a tool suited for small and medium-sized farms, offering practical solutions for quickly and efficiently unrolling forage, hay, wrapped bales, pre-dried material, straw, etc.
The wheel option: a game changer
One of the key features of the DE225 is undoubtedly its wheel option, designed to further facilitate operations. With the addition of two swivel wheels, the unroller can be used with low-lifting capacity loaders (500 to 1500 kg).
Options to meet all your needs
Since its launch, the DE225 has evolved to meet the changing needs of farmers. Warzée has invested in continuous improvements to ensure exceptional durability and optimal performance.
To adapt easily, the DE225 can be equipped with several practical options:
- Bottom plate: Located below the distribution belt, it ensures that the material stays inside the unroller, preventing any material loss.
- Extension plate: This plate keeps straw or hay inside the box. It is particularly recommended for bales larger than 1.30 m in diameter, preventing material loss.
- Transverse plates (1 or 2): Positioned on each side of the unroller, these plates hold the bale inside the box and also prevent material loss.
- Both sides distribution (2nd side): This option allows distribution to both the left and right. The automatic attachment makes switching sides easier without getting out of the loader.
- Front distribution (3rd side): With a third attachment point, the machine can also distribute and spread material from the front, in addition to the other two sides.
- Straw spreading kit: Each Warzée unroller can be equipped with a mechanical mulch kit. The mulch kit requires no additional hydraulic functions and can project straw up to 7 meters while limiting excess dust.
- Mechanical deflector: Positioned directly on the mulch kit, this manually adjustable deflector allows precise adjustment of the angle and spreading distance.
